My Creative Notes — Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the My Creative Notes Chrome extension, provided by BroKaz App Hub, handles information. It applies to the Chrome extension, not to external applications that may receive files you choose to share.

Information you enter

You may enter tab names, section names, notes and note titles, icon and theme choices, and a personalised display name. The extension uses this information only to display and organise your notes.

Where your notes are stored

Your content and preferences are stored locally in the extension's storage area within your Chrome browser profile. You do not need to create an account. The extension does not automatically sync your notes with a server or between devices.

BroKaz App Hub does not receive, collect, or access the contents of notes you save in the extension, and the extension does not automatically send note contents or personal information to us.

Exporting and importing

You can choose to export a JSON backup and import it into another installation. Exported files are saved to a location you choose or handled by a sharing application you select. If you share a file with another application or person, that recipient's own privacy practices apply. The extension does not upload these files on its own.

Analytics, advertising, and third parties

The extension includes no advertising or analytics service, and does not sell, rent, or share your saved note content with BroKaz App Hub or third parties. Choosing to visit the My Creative Notes website or this privacy policy opens a separate website, which is distinct from local note storage.

Data retention and protection

Notes remain in your Chrome profile until you delete them, clear the extension's local storage, or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling the extension can remove locally stored notes. Exported backup files are separate and must be managed or deleted by you. Local notes are not independently encrypted by this extension; protect access to your computer and Chrome profile.

Your choices

• View, edit, or delete notes, sections, and tabs directly in the app.
• Export a backup, and import one when you choose.
• Delete saved content in the app or remove the extension. Back up notes before uninstalling.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the extension's data practices change. Important changes affecting data handling will also be disclosed to users as required.
